Unfortunately Geoff and Colin returned from the FSA Awards with nothing but a little heartburn and slightly light heads.
Beaten in the Fan Media public vote by a Palace You Tube channel with 150,000 subscribers (which to be fair must be quite good) the Watford Treasury heard the voice of the people, and people said 'No thanks'.
Unfortunately Alan Lau, of the ESEA supporters group also returned home empty handed.
We did share a table with the team from DOGMA of Brighton, who were extremely nice guys, and won the Fanzine of the Year Award, who resisted tipping the salt from its pot and rubbing it into our bare open wounds of rejection.
We go again next year!
